Eden Home Cleaning offers four-hour cleanings for your home. A biweekly cleaning is recommended. We do not do monthly cleanings. We can schedule cleanings before holidays, parties or other events. Gift certificates are available for a four hour cleaning.
Please call two days in advance by leaving an email or a voicemail message - 278-2887 - if you would like to reschedule. If you are terminating the service, we will return your keys within 5 business days. Contact Us
Eden Home Cleaning has a secure key policy. You may meet your home cleaning specialist as she arrives or we can make other arrangements which ensure security. Equipment can be heavy. Please provide adequate parking with safe path to load and unload.
For sanitation purposes, we require that you have a toilet brush, but other than that, all equipment and supplies are provided. Eden Home Cleaning uses state-of-the-art, professional vaccums, special micro-fabric rags and eco-friendly cleaning agents. Natural cleaning agents are as effective as harsh chemicals, so please do not request your home specialist to substitute products for toxic cleansers or polishes.
Eden Home Cleaning accepts cash or check. Payment is due at the time of service, so please have your payment ready.
Eden Home Cleaning will refund your payment upon official notification by email. Please include the reasons for cancellation. A refund will be issued within five business days.
When your home specialist arrives, they should be able to enter home safely and payment should be ready. A lockout fee of $30 will be charged if the cleaner arrives and is unable to work due to: failure to provide adequte access to the home, aggressive and uncontained animals or other unsafe conditions, or payment is not ready.
